What this is

PK Learnings OS is the internal operations system of PK Learnings (Craftrix Learnings Private Limited, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala). It is used by PK Learnings staff only. It is not open to the public and not used by students. Access is by invitation: a person can sign in only if an administrator has added their exact email address.

Signing in with Google

Staff sign in with a Google account. When you do, Google tells us your name, your email address and the address of your profile picture. We use the email address to check that you have been invited, and your name to show who did what. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts.

What we hold about staff

• Name, email address, and where an administrator has entered them: phone number, department, wing and job.
• Which parts of the system you have been given access to, and at what level.
• A record of changes you make that matter to the business, such as changing someone's access or mapping a course listing: what changed, when, and that it was you.

The system does not track time, location or screen activity, and it does not score or rank people.

What we hold about students

Students enrol and pay through PK Learnings' Classplus apps. Classplus passes us, for each purchase: the student's name, mobile number, the course bought, the amount settled, the date, and when their access ends. We use this to count enrolments against each course and to keep students' access and payments in order.

A student's full mobile number is visible only to the staff whose work requires it (student support, admissions leads, course coordinators and management). Everyone else sees it masked.

Where it is kept, and who else handles it

The data is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in Mumbai, India, and the application is run by Vercel. They process the data on our behalf in order to provide the service. Sign-in is provided by Google. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long it is kept

Business records are archived rather than erased, so that the history of a course or a payment stays intact. When a member of staff leaves, their access is switched off at once. A student or a member of staff can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about them, or ask for it to be corrected or archived, by writing to the address below.
